What is Yoga?

Yoga can mean so many things to different people. Whether you perceive it as a science, an art and or a spiritual quest,  the benefits of yoga are broad and diverse. Most importantly, yoga is a comprehensive holistic system that encourages optimum health. 

Through regular practice under the guidance of an experienced yoga teacher, you will have the unique opportunity to explore the interconnection between mind & body and encourage a transformation that brings harmony and balance to your life.  There are many options available to experience the attributes of yoga---you may choose to pursue private sessions or attend my classes, workshops, or yoga retreats---all of which can effectively address an individuals' specific needs.
