1. How long have you been practicing yoga?
I've been practicing yoga since November of 2003 (3.5 years)
2. When was your first experience with yoga?
My first class was at Santa Monica Yoga. It was the free orientation on the first Saturday of the month.

3. How many classes a week do you take?
I now take three classes a week. Sometimes I may miss one but I try not to.
4. How has yoga changed your life? What impact has yoga had on your life?
Yoga has eliminated chronic lower back pain, made me more flexible amd more aware of my body and its
various intricacies.
5. What's your favorite pose?
My favorite pose is the L-Pose. I can finally straighten my arms and legs doing it.
6. What plans, in regards to yoga do you have in the future?
My future plans are to simply stay with it and improve my poses, learn more and continue to enjoy it.
